I was born and raised in a mecca of competitive athletics known as East Texas.  I have been a competitor in various sports since I was able to walk.  In the early 2000’s I was competing as an amateur in bodybuilding, and I am currently in the figure division.  I take pride in staying fit and healthy.  I am a huge advocate of NOW Foods’ products.  Empowering people to live fit and healthy lifestyles is a motto I share with the company.   I strive to keep myself healthy as well as my husband and our mastiffs.
