This dressing may be spooned over steamed vegetables, green salads or used as a dipping sauce for skewered fish or poultry.
Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
- Put coconut oil in a small saucepan over medium-low heat and sauté sesame seeds and almonds until light brown.
- Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- As the dressing sits, the oil will separate to the top and the sesame and almonds will sink to the bottom, so stir just before using.
