Homemade Granola with Flaxseed
4 cups NOW Real Food® Rolled Oats*
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup flaxseed
1/4 cup poppy seeds
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 cup NOW Real Food® Sunflower Seeds*
1 1/2 cups NOW Real Food® Wheat Germ*
1 cup NOW Real Food® Coconut*
1 3/4 cups non-fat dry milk powder
  1. Combine together all dry ingredients into a large bowl. 
  2. Heat honey, oil, and water until well blended. 
  3. Add liquid to dry ingredients and mix well until all dry ingredients are moistened. 
  4. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes so mixture will be toasted evenly.

Note: You may like to add raisins when used as a breakfast cereal or when added to a recipe.
