You can swap in another type of multigrain cereal in this recipe, but be sure it’s unsweetened or minimally sweetened.
Makes eight 1/2-cup servings
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine first five ingredients. Whisk together remaining ingredients in another bowl.
- Stir liquid into cereal-nut mixture.
- Spread in a single layer on a 12-by 15-inch rimmed baking sheet and bake, stirring every 10 minutes, until golden, 30 minutes.
- Store leftover party mix in an airtight container for up to a week.
