Garden Burgers
Adapted from Healthy and Delicious Grain Recipes,
½ to 1 cup celery, chopped
2 medium carrots, grated
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1/2 cup tomato juice
1/2 cup Rolled Oats
1 cup NOW Real Food® Sunflower Seeds*
2 tsp. parsley, dry or freshly minced
1/4 cup barley, wheat flakes, or
1/4 tsp. sweet basil
1 tsp. sea salt
  1. Carrots, onion, and celery may be finely chopped in food processor.
  2. Mix well with remaining ingredients.
  3. Form patties with ice cream scoop or spoon.
  4. Bake on parchment paper covered cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
