Makes eight 4-ounce patties
|Pan spray |
|1 1/2 cups soybeans, cooked and mashed |
|3/4 cup brown rice cooked |
|3 tablespoons soy sauce |
|5 scallions, minced |
|1 tablespoon NOW® Nutritional Yeast*|
|1 tablespoon cornstarch |
|2 tablespoons Dijon mustard |
|2 tablespoons fresh mixed herbs, chopped |
|Salt & pepper to taste |
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a large bowl, thoroughly combine all ingredients. Let rest for 15 minutes.
- Form mixture into 8 patties.
- Place patties on cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
