Out of this World Vegetarian Chili (Melanie Nisbet)
Ingredients
1 - 15 oz. can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
2 garlic cloves, minced
½ each: red, yellow and green peppers, diced
½ package NOW Real Food® T.S.P. Granules*
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
Few drops liquid hot sauce
  1. Mix all ingredients in a Dutch oven; simmer on stove for 1-2 hours. Can also be made in a Crock-Pot, cooked on low for 6 hours.
  2. Ladle into bowls and top with shredded cheese, chopped onions and sour cream if desired.
