| Ingredients |
| 1/3 cup chopped NOW Real Food® Raw Almonds* |
| 1/3 cup NOW Real Food® Sunflower Seeds* |
| 1/3 cup carrots, cut into long, thin strips (Julienned) |
| 1 Tbsp. butter |
| 3 cups brown rice cooked in chicken or vegetable broth |
| 2 Tbsp. chopped, fresh parsley |
Cook almonds, sunflower seeds, carrots in butter in large skillet over medium-high heat until almonds are lightly browned. Add rice and parsley; stir until thoroughly heated.
