| Ingredients |
| 2 fresh salmon fillets |
| 1/4 cup of low sodium soy sauce |
| 2 tsp. of fresh grated ginger root |
| 1 tsp. sesame oil |
| 1 garlic clove chopped |
- Mix the soy sauce sesame oil ginger and garlic together and pour over the fillets, and let fillets stand in mixture for 15-20 minutes.
- Preheat oven to broil and place the fillets about 4-5 inches from heat.
- Broil for approximately 12 minutes or desired doneness.
- Serve with steamed rice and asparagus.
