Tangerine Chicken

300 grams (or ¾ lb.) boneless chicken breast
¼ tsp. ginger
1 Tbsp. NOW Real Food® Maple Syrup*
... or NOW Real Food® Sucanat™*
½ cup sliced peaches
¼ chopped onion
½ cup red, yellow and green peppers slivered
Cracked pepper and salt to taste
  1. In a large skillet on medium heat sauté garlic, onion and chicken in oil until the chicken is slightly browned.
  2. Reduce heat to low and add tangerine juice, evaporated cane juice, peaches, peppers, soy sauce and ginger to the pan.
  3. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and sauce has thickened.
