|3 cups or 1 lb. ground beef and 1 cup TSP; or 1 ½ lbs. ground beef and reconstituted NOW Real Food® TSP Granules*|
|Salt and pepper to taste |

|2 stalks celery, chopped |
|½ green pepper, chopped |
|1 teaspoon dried basil |
|1 teaspoon dried thyme |
|2 teaspoons dried parsley |
|1 cup brown rice |
- Cook vegetables in a little olive oil until soft.
- Add rest of ingredients except rice and cook uncovered approximately half an hour until thick.
- Serve over brown rice.
Note: The spices can be varied and fresh may be used in place of dried; just increase the amount of fresh by three times that of dried.
