Make tonight's dinner quick, easy, healthy and delicious. Great served with brown rice.

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into 1'' cubes)
1 tablespoon ketchup
Salt & pepper to taste
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 medium onions, chopped
1 cup water
¼ cup peanut butter
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
  1. In a large skillet, combine all ingredients.
  2. Cook over medium-high heat until chicken is cooked and onions are tender.
