Make tonight's dinner quick, easy, healthy and delicious. Great served with brown rice.
|2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into 1'' cubes) |
|1 tablespoon ketchup |
|Salt & pepper to taste |
|1/8 teaspoon garlic powder |
|1 tablespoon lemon juice |
|¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper |
|2 medium onions, chopped |
|1 cup water |
|¼ cup peanut butter |
|1 tablespoon honey |
|2 tablespoons soy sauce |
- In a large skillet, combine all ingredients.
- Cook over medium-high heat until chicken is cooked and onions are tender.
