|6 large oranges |
|6 medium yams |
|4 Tablespoons butter |
|1/2 cup orange juice |
|1/4 cup NOW Real Food® Maple Syrup*|
|1 teaspoon salt |
- Cut oranges in half and remove pulp, saving empty shells.
- Cook yams until tender, then peel and mash with butter.
- Beat in orange juice, salt and maple syrup.
- Pile into orange shells.
- Brown in 325 degree F oven for 15 minutes.
