Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cups NOW® Real Food™ Walnuts, finely chopped
1 cup parsley, finely chopped
1 cup Living Now™ Organic Brown Rice Flour
1 tsp Salt
2 eggs, whisked
2 tsp water
4 tsp Now BetterStevia™ Lemon Twist

Directions:
1) Place oven at 350F
2) Create 3 step breading system
3) In bowl 1 combine brown rice flour with salt
4) In bowl 2 combine egg, water, and stevia
5) In bowl 3 combine walnuts with parsley
6) Dust chicken breast in bowl 1, drench in bowl 2, and cover in bowl 3
7) Place chicken breast on parchment paper and in the oven for 25 minutes
8) Serve warm with steamed vegetables
