Ingredients
2 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 to 1¼ cups NOW Real Food® Soy Milk Powder*
  1. Beat eggs.
  2. Add salt, baking soda, buttermilk and soy powder (amount of soy powder depends on size of eggs).
  3. Bake on griddle with very little fat, turning when well browned.
