Can be made one hour ahead
Makes 3 cups
| Ingredients |
| 1 cup orange juice |
| 1 cup frozen mango chunks |
| 1/2 cup NOW Real Food® Walnuts* |
| Additional NOW® walnuts to sprinkle on blended smoothies |
| 1/3 cup (2-inch cube) tofu |
- Place orange juice, mango, walnuts and tofu in blender.
- Blend on low speed until ingredients start to mix together, then increase to high speed and blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and sprinkle with walnuts.
