This is a good meal substitute if dieting or as an energy booster. Sarah, Michelle, and I all loved it! (Tofuphobics can't even taste the tofu.)
Serves 1
| Ingredients |
| 1/2 cup chopped fresh fruit (bananas, peaches, mangos, etc.) |
| 1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, etc.) |
| 1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate |
| 4oz. silken tofu, smooth, drained (this makes it incredibly thick and smooth) |
| 1 cup milk or soy milk |
