- In blender, add whey protein, peanut butter, and milk, then blend for 30 seconds.
- Add 1 cup of ice and blend until smooth.
- Add 1 pinch of natural sweetener (fructose), if desired.
Variation: You can vary the tase by adding fresh or frozen fruit of your choice.
