Organic Brown Rice Flour is used primarily for allergen-free breads, pancakes and muffins.  Consult your whole foods cookbook for other applications in cooking and baking.  To help rice bread rise, add 1/2 teaspoon of NOW Guar Gum powder for each cup of rice flour.
