Suggested Usage: As a dietary supplement, take 1 teaspoon daily or as directed by a health practitioner. Add powder to water or juice and mix vigorously. Drink immediately after mixing. Some sedimentation will occur. Consider taking this product in combination with these NOW® products: Magnesium, OsteoBoron™, Vitamin D and Zinc.
