Suggested Usage: As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet daily, preferably with meals. Consider taking this product in combination with NOWÂ® Grape Seed Extract. PycnogenolÂ® and Alpha Lipoic Acid.

Other Ingredients: Calcium Phosphate, Cellulose, Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Gelatin, Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source), Silica and Vegetable Coating.
