What are Green Superfoods and why should I include them in my diet?

Green Superfoods are a category of phytonutrient-rich nutritional products derived from green plants, algae and cereal grasses. These green foods naturally contain high concentrations of chlorophyll and are harvested seasonally to take advantage of high potencies of naturally occurring nutrients. How should I use your Kelp powder? Should I mix it with water?

Tomato or any vegetable juice works best and the resulting mixture tastes much better than kelp in plain water. Use at least 8 oz. of liquid per serving. Sprinkling kelp on foods such as salads or soups can work well, taking advantage of its unique taste.
