
Walnut Muffins - Gluten-Free
| Ingredients |
| 1/4 cup Goji Berries |
| 1 cup NOW® Gluten-Free Bake Mix |
| Muffin Mix: |
| 1/2 cup chunky Applesauce |
| 2 tsp Cinnamon |
| 2 tsp NOW® Sucanat |
| 2 tbsp Grapeseed Oil |
| 1/3 cup chopped walnuts |
| 1 Egg, lightly beaten |
| 1 tbsp Sparkling Spring Water |
Directions:
1. Stir Muffin Mix ingredients together.
2. Fold in: Goji Berries & NOW® Gluten-Free Bake Mix.
3. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
Makes 6 medium size muffins.
