
Pumpkin Seed Muffins - Gluten Free
| Ingredients |
| 1/3 cup raw Pumpkin seeds. |
| 1 cup NOW® Gluten-Free Bake Mix |
| Muffin Mix: |
| 1 cup Pumpkin puree |
| 1 tbsp Grapeseed Oil |
| 2 Eggs, lightly beaten |
| 2 tbsp NOW® Date Sugar |
| 2 tbsp NOW® Agave Nectar |
| 1 tbsp Molasses |
| 1/4 tsp Nutmeg |
| 3 tsp Cinnamon |
| 1/2 tsp Clove |
1. Blend Muffin Mix ingredients.
2. Fold in: raw pumpkin seeds & bake mix.
3. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
Makes 6 medium size muffins.
