NOW Foods Header Test
Pumpkin Seed Muffins - Gluten Free
Ingredients
1/3 cup raw Pumpkin seeds.
1 cup NOW® Gluten-Free Bake Mix
Muffin Mix:
1 cup Pumpkin puree
1 tbsp Grapeseed Oil
2 Eggs, lightly beaten
2 tbsp NOW® Date Sugar
2 tbsp NOW® Agave Nectar
1 tbsp Molasses
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
3 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Clove
1. Blend Muffin Mix ingredients.
 
2. Fold in: raw pumpkin seeds & bake mix.
 
3. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
 
Makes 6 medium size muffins.
