Blueberry Muffins - Gluten-Free
Ingredients
1 cup frozen or fresh Blueberries
3 tbsp NOW® Agave
2 tbsp Grape Seed Oil
2 tbsp NOW® Erythritol
1/3 cup Coconut, finely shredded
2 Eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp NOW® Vanilla Extract
