Tropical Punch Gelatin

Ingredients
2 tsp. NOW Beef Gelatin
3 tsp. NOW Tropical Punch Arginine Power Super Stack
1/2 cup hot water
1/2 cup cold water

Put hot water, gelatin, and Arginine in NOW Sports Shaker and shake until all ingredients have dissolved.  Add cold water and shake again until combined.  Pour into dish and refrigerate for four hours or until gelatin is firm.   You may add fruit before refrigerating, if you wish.
