
Nutty Seed Snack

| Ingredients |
| 1 1/2 cups NOW Almonds, Roasted and Salted |
| 1/2 cup NOW Soy Nuts, Roasted and Salted |
| 1/4 cup NOW Cashews, Roasted and Salted |
| 3/4 cup NOW Coconut, Unsweetened |
| 2 Tbsp. Oil |
| 1/4 cup water |
| 3/4 cup NOW Pumpkin Seeds |
| 1 tsp. cinnamon |
| 1/2 tsp. NOW Organic Vanilla Extract |
| 2 Tbsp. NOW Organic Maple Syrup |
| 1/8 tsp. salt |
Dissolve the maple syrup in water and add the oil and vanilla. Mix all of the dry ingredients. Mix everything together thoroughly.
Transfer to a large roasting pan with sides. Bake at 325 degrees for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool and store in an air tight container.
