Nutty Seed Snack

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups NOW Almonds, Roasted and Salted
1/2 cup NOW Soy Nuts, Roasted and Salted
1/4 cup NOW Cashews, Roasted and Salted
3/4 cup NOW Coconut, Unsweetened
2 Tbsp. Oil
1/4 cup water
3/4 cup NOW Pumpkin Seeds
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. NOW Organic Vanilla Extract
2 Tbsp. NOW Organic Maple Syrup
1/8 tsp. salt
 
Dissolve the maple syrup in water and add the oil and vanilla.  Mix all of the dry ingredients.  Mix everything together thoroughly.
 

Transfer to a large roasting pan with sides. Bake at 325 degrees for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool and store in an air tight container.
