
Raspberry Parfait Breakfast Shake

| Ingredients |
| 3/4 cup raspberries |
| 1 cup raspberry or pomegranate juice |
| 2 Tbsp. NOW Mangoni Juice |
| 1 cup pineapple juice |
| 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt, nonfat |
| 1 Tbsp. NOW Organic Flax Seeds |
| 1/2 cup NOW Strawberry Whey Protein Isolate Powder |
| Optional: 1 tsp Erythritol |
Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
