Raspberry Parfait Breakfast Shake

Ingredients
3/4 cup raspberries
1 cup raspberry or pomegranate juice
2 Tbsp. NOW Mangoni Juice
1 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup vanilla yogurt, nonfat
1 Tbsp. NOW Organic Flax Seeds
1/2 cup NOW Strawberry Whey Protein Isolate Powder
Optional: 1 tsp Erythritol

 

 
Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
