Ingredients
1 cup cold milk
2 tablespoons NOW®whey protein
1 raw egg
1 teaspoon NOW® maple syrup
2 tablespoons any cocoa mix

Blend well. For an eggless beverage, substitute the egg with NOW® lecithin granules and increase whey to 3 tablespoons + 1 tablespoon lecithin granules.
