
Breakfast Whey Drink
| Ingredients |
| 1 cup cold milk |
| 2 tablespoons NOW®whey protein |
| 1 raw egg |
| 1 teaspoon NOW® maple syrup |
| 2 tablespoons any cocoa mix |
Blend well. For an eggless beverage, substitute the egg with NOW® lecithin granules and increase whey to 3 tablespoons + 1 tablespoon lecithin granules.
