Low Calorie Punch

1 cup orange juice
1½ cups carbonated water
½ cup grapefruit juice
½ crushed ice
3 thin slices of lemon
2 tablespoons NOW® soy powder
Whole mint leaves

Blend all ingredients (except lemon and mint) for 2 minutes, then add ice and blend for an additional minute. Add lemon slices and garnish with mint leaves before serving.
