Breakfast Whey Drink

Ingredients
1 cup cold milk
2 tablespoons NOW Real Food® Whey Protein*
1 raw egg
1 teaspoon NOW Real Food® Maple Syrup*
2 tablespoons any cocoa mix
  1. Blend well.

Variation: For an eggless beverage, substitute the egg with NOW® Lecithin Granules* and increase protein to 3 tablespoons + 1 tablespoon lecithin granules.
