|1 cup cold milk|
|2 tablespoons NOW Real Food® Whey Protein*|
|1 raw egg|
|1 teaspoon NOW Real Food® Maple Syrup*|
|2 tablespoons any cocoa mix|
- Blend well.
Variation: For an eggless beverage, substitute the egg with NOW® Lecithin Granules* and increase protein to 3 tablespoons + 1 tablespoon lecithin granules.
