| Ingredients |
| 1 cup cold milk |
| 2 tablespoons NOW Real Food® Whey Protein* |
| 1 raw egg |
| 1 teaspoon NOW Real Food® Maple Syrup* |
| 2 tablespoons any cocoa mix |
- Blend well.
Variation: For an eggless beverage, substitute the egg with NOW® Lecithin Granules* and increase protein to 3 tablespoons + 1 tablespoon lecithin granules.
