|2 packages of beef ramen noodles; set aside seasoning packets for dressing recipe below|
|1 bag (16 oz.) broccoli slaw|
|1/4 cup NOW Real Food® Organic Sunflower Seeds*|
|1 cup NOW Real Food® Almonds*|
|1 bunch green onions, chopped|
|3/4 cup Ellyndale Organics™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil*|
|1/4 cup apple cider vinegar|
|1/2 cup sugar or NOW Real Food® Sucanat™*|
|2 seasoning packets from ramen noodles package|
- In a bowl, smash ramen noodles into pieces, then mix in broccoli slaw, sunflower seeds, almonds, and green onions.
- Mix dressing ingredients together and pour onto salad ingredients, tossing well; best results if dressing is added to salad 1/2 hour before serving, as adding it sooner will reduce crunchiness.
