Oriental Salad

2 packages of beef ramen noodles; set aside seasoning packets for dressing recipe below
1 bag (16 oz.) broccoli slaw
1/4 cup NOW Real Food® Organic Sunflower Seeds*
1 cup NOW Real Food® Almonds*
1 bunch green onions, chopped
3/4 cup Ellyndale Organics™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil*
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup sugar or NOW Real Food® Sucanat™*
2 seasoning packets from ramen noodles package
  1. In a bowl, smash ramen noodles into pieces, then mix in broccoli slaw, sunflower seeds, almonds, and green onions.
  2. Mix dressing ingredients together and pour onto salad ingredients, tossing well; best results if dressing is added to salad 1/2 hour before serving, as adding it sooner will reduce crunchiness.
