Orange Bulghur Salad
| Ingredients |
| 1 cup raw Bulghur |
| 1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped cabbage |
| 3/4 cup sliced scallions with green |
| 1/2 cup NOW Real Food® Walnuts* |
| 1 large orange, cut into chunks with 1/2 cup orange juice, or 1 11-ounce can undrained mandarin oranges |
| 2 tablespoons white or rice vinegar |
| 1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste |
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Chill several hours before serving.
