Tangy Mango Slaw

Adapted from Jean Carper’s “Stop Aging Now!” web site,
You can feast on this refreshing salad without fear. It's low-calorie and packed with disease-fighting antioxidants in the cabbage, onion, mango and walnuts.

Serves 8

4 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
1 fresh mango, cubed
1/2 cup NOW Real Food® Walnut Pieces*
1/4 cup NOW Real Food® Erythritol Powder*
3/4 cup white rice vinegar
  1. In a bowl, combine cabbage, onion, mango and walnuts.
  2. In a cup, dissolve erythritol in vinegar.
  3. Add to cabbage, and toss.
  4. Serve cold or at room temperature.
