Nutty Seed Snack

| Ingredients |
| 1 1/2 cups NOW Real Food® Almonds, Roasted and Salted* |
| 1/2 cup NOW Real Food® Soy Nuts, Roasted and Salted* |
| 1/4 cup NOW Real Food® Cashews, Roasted and Salted* |
| 3/4 cup NOW Real Food® Coconut, Unsweetened* |
| 2 Tbsp. Oil |
| 1/4 cup water |
| 3/4 cup NOW Real Food® Pumpkin Seeds* |
| 1 tsp. cinnamon |
| 1/2 tsp. NOW Real Food® Vanilla Extract* |
| 2 Tbsp. NOW Real Food® Organic Maple Syrup* |
| 1/8 tsp. salt |
- Dissolve the maple syrup in water and add the oil and vanilla.
- Mix all of the dry ingredients.
- Mix everything together thoroughly.
- Transfer to a large roasting pan with sides.
- Bake at 325 degrees for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Cool and store in an air tight container.
