Nutty Seed Snack

|1 1/2 cups NOW Real Food® Almonds, Roasted and Salted*|
|1/2 cup NOW Real Food® Soy Nuts, Roasted and Salted*|
|1/4 cup NOW Real Food® Cashews, Roasted and Salted*|
|3/4 cup NOW Real Food® Coconut, Unsweetened*|
|2 Tbsp. Oil|
|1/4 cup water|
|3/4 cup NOW Real Food® Pumpkin Seeds*|
|1 tsp. cinnamon|
|1/2 tsp. NOW Real Food® Vanilla Extract*|
|2 Tbsp. NOW Real Food® Organic Maple Syrup*|
|1/8 tsp. salt|
- Dissolve the maple syrup in water and add the oil and vanilla.
- Mix all of the dry ingredients.
- Mix everything together thoroughly.
- Transfer to a large roasting pan with sides.
- Bake at 325 degrees for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Cool and store in an air tight container.
