Nutty Seed Snack

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups NOW Real Food® Almonds, Roasted and Salted*
1/2 cup NOW Real Food® Soy Nuts, Roasted and Salted*
1/4 cup NOW Real Food® Cashews, Roasted and Salted*
3/4 cup NOW Real Food® Coconut, Unsweetened*
2 Tbsp. Oil
1/4 cup water
3/4 cup NOW Real Food® Pumpkin Seeds*
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. NOW Real Food® Vanilla Extract*
2 Tbsp. NOW Real Food® Organic Maple Syrup*
1/8 tsp. salt
  1. Dissolve the maple syrup in water and add the oil and vanilla. 
  2. Mix all of the dry ingredients. 
  3. Mix everything together thoroughly.
  4. Transfer to a large roasting pan with sides.
  5. Bake at 325 degrees for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Cool and store in an air tight container.
