Soy Cheese Wafers
|½ cup NOW Real Food® Soy Powder*|
|1 egg yolk, beaten|
|1 ½ tbs. milk|
|1 ½ oz. grated cheese (fairly sharp)|
|½ tsp. salt|
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Slowly add beaten egg yolk and milk, then stir.
- Add grated cheese and incorporate it thoroughly.
- Roll thin and cut into two-inch squares.
- Bake in moderate oven at 350 degrees until brown.
- Sprinkle with salt while hot.
