Simple Sunflower Seed Granola

Mighty little sunflower seeds are rich in vitamins B1 (thiamine), which supports energy metabolism and nerve function, and B5 (pantothenic acid), a necessary ingredient in the metabolism of carbs and fats

Makes 12 servings

Ingredients
3/4 cup NOW Unsalted Sunflower Seeds
1 1/2 cups NOW Rolled Oats
1/4 cup NOW Organic Flax Seed Meal
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup NOW Natural Almonds, chopped
1/2 cup NOW Organic Shredded Unsweetened Coconut
3 tbsp natural peanut butter
1/2 tsp fine sea salt
1/3 cup raw honey
1/2 tsp NOW Organic Vanilla Extract

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix until evenly blended.
  3. Press mixture in a baking pan and bake for 40 minutes.
