Simple Sunflower Seed Granola

Mighty little sunflower seeds are rich in vitamins B1 (thiamine), which supports energy metabolism and nerve function, and B5 (pantothenic acid), a necessary ingredient in the metabolism of carbs and fats
Makes 12 servings
| Ingredients |
| 3/4 cup NOW Unsalted Sunflower Seeds |
| 1 1/2 cups NOW Rolled Oats |
| 1/4 cup NOW Organic Flax Seed Meal |
| 1/2 cup dried cranberries |
| 1/2 cup NOW Natural Almonds, chopped |
| 1/2 cup NOW Organic Shredded Unsweetened Coconut |
| 3 tbsp natural peanut butter |
| 1/2 tsp fine sea salt |
| 1/3 cup raw honey |
| 1/2 tsp NOW Organic Vanilla Extract |
*NOW items available at your local health food store
- Preheat oven to 300°F.
- Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix until evenly blended.
- Press mixture in a baking pan and bake for 40 minutes.
