Fruit and Nut Bars

These healthy lunchbox or anytime treats may be individually wrapped in plastic wrap for a grab and go snack.

Makes 18 bars

1 1/4 cups chopped NOW Real Food® Almonds*
2 ounces NOW Real Food® Sesame Seeds*
4 cups quick cooking oats
1 cup seedless raisins
1 cup NOW Real Food® Agave Nectar*
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup NOW Real Food® Hulled Sunflower Seeds*
1/2 cup toasted wheat germ
1/2 cup NOW Real Food® Nonfat Dry Milk Powder*
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon NOW Real Food® Vanilla Extract*
1/2 teaspoon salt
  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
  2. Press mixture firmly and evenly into a greased 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Cool in pan on wire rack at least 2 hours.
  5. Store in refrigerator.
