Ten-Minute Peanut Bars
Adapted from ABSolutions Fitness & Health
Makes 12 bars
|1 cup raw or roasted peanuts|
|1 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger|
|2 Tbsp. NOW Real Food® Sesame Seeds*|
|1 cup raisins|
|2 Tbsp. honey|
- Grind all ingredients, except the honey, in a food processor until fairly fine, but still having some texture (it should not be the consistency of peanut butter).
- Add honey and process just long enough for it to blend in.
- Press into a square pan and refrigerate for at least an hour.
- Cut into 2-inch squares.
