Pumpkin Seed Muffins - Gluten Free

Makes 6 medium size muffins

Ingredients
1/3 cup raw pumpkin seeds
1 cup NOW Real Food® Gluten-Free Baking Mix*
Muffin Mix:
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 Tbsp grape seed oil
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 Tbsp NOW Real Food® Date Sugar*
2 Tbsp NOW Real Food® Agave Nectar*
1 Tbsp molasses
1/4 tsp nutmeg
3 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp clove
  1. Blend muffin mix ingredients.
  2. Fold in: raw pumpkin seeds & baking mix.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
