Pumpkin Seed Muffins - Gluten Free
Makes 6 medium size muffins
| Ingredients |
| 1/3 cup raw pumpkin seeds |
| 1 cup NOW Real Food® Gluten-Free Baking Mix* |
| Muffin Mix: |
| 1 cup pumpkin puree |
| 1 Tbsp grape seed oil |
| 2 eggs, lightly beaten |
| 2 Tbsp NOW Real Food® Date Sugar* |
| 2 Tbsp NOW Real Food® Agave Nectar* |
| 1 Tbsp molasses |
| 1/4 tsp nutmeg |
| 3 tsp cinnamon |
| 1/2 tsp clove |
- Blend muffin mix ingredients.
- Fold in: raw pumpkin seeds & baking mix.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
