Coconut Almond Crunch Granola

Adapted from Delicious Living Magazine

Top this granola with plain yogurt, fresh fruit, and a drizzle of maple syrup. Keep extra granola in zip-top bags in the cupboard.

Makes 11 cups

8 cups NOW Real Food® Rolled Oats*
1 cup chopped NOW Real Food® Almonds*
3/4 cup NOW Real Food® Unsweetened Shredded Coconut*
1/2 cup NOW Real Food® Sesame Seeds*
1/2 cup NOW Real Food® Raw Pumpkin Seeds*
1/2 cup NOW Real Food® Sweet Almond Oil*
3/4 cup NOW Real Food® Organic Pure Maple Syrup*
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon organic unsulphured molasses
1 tablespoon NOW Real Food® Organic Vanilla Extract*
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  1. Preheat oven to 350˚.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and toss together until evenly combined.
  3. Lightly brush a rimmed baking sheet with oil.
  4. Spread granola mixture in a 1/4- to 1/2-inch-thick layer on baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 45–60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes, until golden brown.
