Coconut Almond Crunch Granola

Top this granola with plain yogurt, fresh fruit, and a drizzle of maple syrup. Keep extra granola in zip-top bags in the cupboard.
Makes 11 cups
|8 cups NOW Real Food® Rolled Oats*|
|1 cup chopped NOW Real Food® Almonds*|
|3/4 cup NOW Real Food® Unsweetened Shredded Coconut*|
|1/2 cup NOW Real Food® Sesame Seeds*|
|1/2 cup NOW Real Food® Raw Pumpkin Seeds*|
|1/2 cup NOW Real Food® Sweet Almond Oil*|
|3/4 cup NOW Real Food® Organic Pure Maple Syrup*|
|1/2 cup sunflower oil|
|1/4 cup honey|
|1 tablespoon organic unsulphured molasses|
|1 tablespoon NOW Real Food® Organic Vanilla Extract*|
|2 teaspoons ground cinnamon|
|1/2 teaspoon sea salt|
- Preheat oven to 350˚.
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and toss together until evenly combined.
- Lightly brush a rimmed baking sheet with oil.
- Spread granola mixture in a 1/4- to 1/2-inch-thick layer on baking sheet.
- Bake for 45–60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes, until golden brown.
