Coconut Almond Crunch Granola
Adapted from Delicious Living Magazine
Top this granola with plain yogurt, fresh fruit, and a drizzle of maple syrup. Keep extra granola in zip-top bags in the cupboard.
Makes 11 cups

| 8 cups NOW Real Food® Rolled Oats* |
| 1 cup chopped NOW Real Food® Almonds* |
| 3/4 cup NOW Real Food® Unsweetened Shredded Coconut* |
| 1/2 cup NOW Real Food® Sesame Seeds* |
| 1/2 cup NOW Real Food® Raw Pumpkin Seeds* |
| 1/2 cup NOW Real Food® Sweet Almond Oil* |
| 3/4 cup NOW Real Food® Organic Pure Maple Syrup* |
| 1/2 cup sunflower oil |
| 1/4 cup honey |
| 1 tablespoon organic unsulphured molasses |
| 1 tablespoon NOW Real Food® Organic Vanilla Extract* |
| 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon |
| 1/2 teaspoon sea salt |
- Preheat oven to 350˚.
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and toss together until evenly combined.
- Lightly brush a rimmed baking sheet with oil.
- Spread granola mixture in a 1/4- to 1/2-inch-thick layer on baking sheet.
- Bake for 45–60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes, until golden brown.
