|½ to 1 cup celery, chopped|
|2 medium carrots, grated|
|1 medium onion, chopped fine|
|1/2 cup tomato juice|
|1/2 cup Rolled Oats|
|1 cup NOW Real Food® Sunflower Seeds*|
|2 tsp. parsley, dry or freshly minced|
|1/4 cup barley, wheat flakes, or|
|1/4 tsp. sweet basil|
|1 tsp. sea salt|
- Carrots, onion, and celery may be finely chopped in food processor.
- Mix well with remaining ingredients.
- Form patties with ice cream scoop or spoon.
- Bake on parchment paper covered cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
