Super Soy Burgers
Adapted from Veggie Life
Makes eight 4-ounce patties
|1 1/2 cups soybeans, cooked and mashed|
|3/4 cup brown rice cooked|
|3 tablespoons soy sauce|
|5 scallions, minced|
|1 tablespoon NOW® Nutritional Yeast*|
|1 tablespoon cornstarch|
|2 tablespoons Dijon mustard|
|2 tablespoons fresh mixed herbs, chopped|
|Salt & pepper to taste|
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a large bowl, thoroughly combine all ingredients. Let rest for 15 minutes.
- Form mixture into 8 patties.
- Place patties on cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
