Out of this World Vegetarian Chili (Melanie Nisbet)
| Ingredients |
| 1 - 15 oz. can kidney beans, rinsed and drained |
| 2 garlic cloves, minced |
| ½ each: red, yellow and green peppers, diced |
| ½ package NOW Real Food® T.S.P. Granules* |
| 2 teaspoons chili powder |
| 2 teaspoons cumin |
| 1 teaspoon oregano |
| 1 teaspoon cocoa powder |
| Few drops liquid hot sauce |
- Mix all ingredients in a Dutch oven; simmer on stove for 1-2 hours. Can also be made in a Crock-Pot, cooked on low for 6 hours.
- Ladle into bowls and top with shredded cheese, chopped onions and sour cream if desired.
