Oriental Salmon

Serves 2 

Ingredients
2 fresh salmon fillets
1/4 cup of low sodium soy sauce
2 tsp. of fresh grated ginger root
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 garlic clove chopped
  1. Mix the soy sauce sesame oil ginger and garlic together and pour over the fillets, and let fillets stand in mixture for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to broil and place the fillets about 4-5 inches from heat.
  3. Broil for approximately 12 minutes or desired doneness.
  4. Serve with steamed rice and asparagus.
