|300 grams (or ¾ lb.) boneless chicken breast|
|¼ tsp. ginger|
|1 Tbsp. NOW Real Food® Maple Syrup*|
|... or NOW Real Food® Sucanat™*|
|½ cup sliced peaches|
|¼ chopped onion|
|½ cup red, yellow and green peppers slivered|
|Cracked pepper and salt to taste|
- In a large skillet on medium heat sauté garlic, onion and chicken in oil until the chicken is slightly browned.
- Reduce heat to low and add tangerine juice, evaporated cane juice, peaches, peppers, soy sauce and ginger to the pan.
- Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and sauce has thickened.
