Make tonight's dinner quick, easy, healthy and delicious. Great served with brown rice.
|2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into 1'' cubes)|
|1 tablespoon ketchup|
|Salt & pepper to taste|
|1/8 teaspoon garlic powder|
|1 tablespoon lemon juice|
|¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper|
|2 medium onions, chopped|
|1 cup water|
|¼ cup peanut butter|
|1 tablespoon honey|
|2 tablespoons soy sauce|
- In a large skillet, combine all ingredients.
- Cook over medium-high heat until chicken is cooked and onions are tender.
