Tangy Citrus Vinaigrette

Adapted from Taste for Life Magazine, January 2012

This tasty dressing can be made ahead and stored in an airtight container or glass jar in the refrigerator.

Makes about 2 cups 

2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
6 Tbsp. NOW Real Food® Agave Nectar*
6 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice (from 2 lemons)
6 Tbsp. fresh orange juice (from 1 1/2 oranges)
6 Tbsp. Ellyndale Organics™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil*
1 Tbsp. kosher salt
1 Tbsp. freshly ground black pepper
  1. Whisk together mustard, agave nectar, lemon juice, and orange juice in a medium bowl.
  2. While whisking, slowly drizzle in olive oil and then whisk in salt and pepper.
  3. Pour vinaigrette into an airtight container or glass jar and refrigerate.  
  4. Shake well before using.
