Tropical Punch Gelatin

|2 tsp. NOW Real Food® Beef Gelatin*|
|3 tsp. NOW® Tropical Punch Arginine Power Super Stack*|
|1/2 cup hot water|
|1/2 cup cold water|
- Put hot water, gelatin, and Arginine in NOW Sports Shaker and shake until all ingredients have dissolved.
- Add cold water and shake again until combined.
- Pour into dish and refrigerate for four hours or until gelatin is firm.
- You may add fruit before refrigerating, if you wish.
