Chocolate Earth Balls

Adapted from The Whole Foods Market Cookbook
This kid-friendly recipe requires no baking.
1 cup organic peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
2 tsp. NOW Real Food® Organic Cocoa Powder*
1/2 cup organic raisins
3/4 cup NOW Real Food® Unsweetened Organic Shredded Coconut*
1/2 cup organic chocolate chips
1/4 cup NOW Real Food® Sesame Seeds*
1/4 cup NOW Real Food® Organic Walnuts*
  1. Before measuring the peanut butter, stir it up well. 
  2. Mix the peanut butter, honey, and cocoa powder until well combined. 
  3. Stir in the raisins and 1/8 cup of the coconut. 
  4. Stir in the chocolate chips. 
  5. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
  6. Place the remaining coconut, sesame seeds and nuts into three separate bowls. 
  7. Using a spoon, scoop small heaps of the peanut butter mixture from the bowl; roll into 1 ¼ inch balls.  Rolling is easier if you form a rough ball, roll in the coconut, sesame seeds or walnuts, and then continue rolling into a more perfect shape. 
  8. Roll each finished ball in more coconut, sesame seeds or chopped nuts. 
  9. Arrange the balls on a plate, cover loosely with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
